A blend of fruit from 35 year-old vines and 120 year-old vines is the key to Bishop Shiraz. The fruit from younger vines is fresh and vibrant, whilst Shiraz from the oldest block in the Ebenezer vineyard gives structure which enhances the palate profile. A true expression of Barossa Shiraz that is elegantly structured with a long finish.
